脊髓損傷病人上肢疼痛之探討:初步報告
Abstract
This study followed up 59 spinal cord injure(SCI)patients , including 33 quadriplegic and 26 paraplegic.There're 50.8%(30/59) of SCI patients reported upper extremity (UE)pain , most common ar the shoulder . The prevalence of UE pain in male SCI is slightly higher than in famale SCI patients. Separately speaking , there're 72.7%(24/33) quadriplegic with UE pain and risk factors including(1) injure period<2 years(2)age>30 years old. There're 23.1% (6/26) paraplegic with UE pain and risk factors including(1)no pressure sore (2) injured period > 9 months (3)traumatic injured (4) fracture-dislocation injured (5) lower activity(6)male. The prevalence of UE pain in quadriplegic is significant larger than in paraplegic.
