Abstract

Abdominal fullness, vomiting & local ileus are complicated in Spinal Cord Injured patients. Most of these problems are due to neurogenic cause, but we cannot neglect other causative factors like: Metabolism, parasitic infestation, food induced., otherwise we may get caught in the dilemma of medicat treatment.Cordially we present a case of parasitic infestation in a Cervical spine injured patient who developed unknown fever, abdominal fullness & problem of vomiting for your reference.
